Approximate Legal Description:  A recent survey has been completed on Tract 1. Tract 2 is the E ½ of the SE ¼ with a 75’ x 100’ Northern Natural Gas site excluded and some road exclusion in Section 18, Otho Township (T88N-R28W of the 5th P.M.), Webster County, Iowa.  Exact legal descriptions are available upon request.
