Sunderman Farm Management Co. was founded in 1961 by Roger Sunderman, who built the business on 16 years of experience in farm management and land sales. In 1969, Brian Larson joined the company, bringing with him nearly a decade of expertise from the U.S. Soil Conservation Service, with a specialty in tile drainage system engineering and design. Their partnership set the foundation for the trusted, client-focused company Sunderman Farm Management is today.

Since becoming owner in 1988, Brian has continued to grow the business with the same principles of honesty, openness, and long-term relationships that Roger established. With a team of dedicated, long-term employees, Sunderman Farm Management now represents more than 200 years of combined experience. This depth of knowledge, paired with hands-on expertise in production agriculture, land sales, and management, allows us to deliver the highest quality service in the industry—helping landowners protect and maximize the value of their farmland for generations.
